The smallest pointer by its size, but the most remarkable, having inherited from its forefathers passion, endurance and perseverance in hunting with a great adaptability to all types of terrain. It can hunt all varieties of game (woodcock, snipe, pheasant, young partridge, rabbit).

It is balanced, intelligent with fast reflexes and easy to train. Its obstinacy pushes it to never give up. Excellent retriever, it excels in the field as well as in the wood, in mountain and even in marsh.

General-purpose dog, one finds it in hunting contests (field-trial), but also in Agility, Fly-ball, Obedience, Canicross.

It is a charming, affectionate and adorable companion. One sees it downtown as well as in the countryside.
